Therapy Rooted in Connection
Hi, I'm Nicole!
I'm glad you're here.
Seeking therapy takes courage, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about where to begin. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and explore whatever challenges are bringing you to therapy without judgment.
I believe that healing happens through connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the parts of our story that may have been overlooked, misunderstood, or carrying pain for far too long. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, family conflict, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from the life you want to be living, therapy can offer an opportunity for growth, understanding, and lasting change.
As a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. My approach is rooted in Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems Therapy, and trauma-informed care. I believe our relationships—both past and present—shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and respond to life's challenges. Together, we'll explore these patterns with compassion and curiosity while building new ways of relating that feel more secure, authentic, and fulfilling.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel seen, heard, and understood—not because you're being told what to do, but because you're given the space and support to discover what healing and growth look like for you.
